Terms and conditions for online services

This offer is made for legal entities / individuals, Romanian and foreign citizens wishing to incorporate a limited company (Ltd) with its headquarters in Bucharest and in Ilfov. That offers appropriate fee - incorporate / modify business online - is reduced by 30% compared to the standard fee. This discount is justified primarily by using a standard working tool - form on the site - designed to lead to lower working hours affect to each particular file.

Specific Terms and Conditions

This online offer apply if the potential client complete together the conditions and go through certain stages, as specified below: 

• the client will complete exactly potentilul online form with all information requested there;
• will send copies of identity documents, and copies of property documents at the fax, or e-mail address specified in the form (in the explanations on the headings question);
• will pay the fee that he will receive from the representative of Platinum and send confirmation of payment or by fax (031.107.29.66), or by e-mail (office@infiintaridizolvarifirme.ro);
• the client will respect the instructions received (by phone or e-mail) from representative Platinum to complete the firm incorporation file;
• will present at the meeting with the lawyer Platinum set with all documents that are required (in the form requested by our representative);
• will pay upfront costs for the firm incorporation;
• the client will present at Platinum hadquarters to take the founding documents certifying incorporation / change company. 

Restrictions

For the discount price (-30%), the ONLINE package will contain only those services in the strict necessity of the up-being of a company, and a number of restrictions, as follows: 

• The foundation documents of the future companies will be drafted in accordance to the details of the form completed and submitted online by potential customers. These details can not be changed - change any of these details will lead to loss of the client to benefit from the reduction;
• The client will not require any additional information, except those relating strictly the approach of setting up their own company incorporation;
• The client will comply with the instructions Platinum representative gives, will pay the fee - incorporation / modification company online, and costs of incorporation / amending company as directed by Platinum representative;
• If, after paying the fee, but before signing the documents, customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, Platinum has the right to retain an amount corresponding to a fee of 150 lei file analysis, and consideration of any spending that Platinum made for him (ex: the company name tax reservation).

Liability

Platinum can not be held liable in any way for any damages of any nature, caused its users to use information provided through www.infiintaridizolvarifirme.ro site, e-mail or telephone.

In designing the forms were considered commun situations and general details.
