We provide you COMPANY INCORPORATION with a sole associate

The price includes the following services that we do:

  • We will draw up and certify documents required to set up single-member company, preparing the dossier for its submission to the Trade Register (drafting, certification of documents and completing forms),
  • We will get reservation of company name to the Register of Commerce,
  • Submission of the dossier to the Trade Registry,
  • Waiver provisions of the Trade Registry and send them to you.


Rests with you to get only the Local Tax Authority confirmation for the headquarters uniqueness and one species signature on your chosen notary because it is imperative that this specimen to be given personally by the administrator of the future company before a notary.

Along with the memorandum and the name reservation will have to deposit capital office in a bank.

PLATINUM OFFER - Company incorporation with a sole associate

  • We will draw up and certify documents required to set up single-member company, preparing the dossier for its submission to the Trade Register (drafting, certification of documents and completing forms),
  • We will get reservation of company name to the Register of Commerce,
  • Submission of the dossier to the Trade Registry,
  • Waiver provisions of the Trade Registry and send them to you.
  • Submission of capital in a bank preferred by you.

Because your time is important for us, bringing along with required documents to us, we will schedule the notary office partner situated near to give the required signature, where you will be assisted by one of the components of our team.

Important: The owner, associate or partner must obtain the uniqueness headquarters confirmation from the Local Tax Authority and record the act for headquarters space to the same authority, as a result of change made by GEO nr. 54/2010.   

The period in which we will incorporate the company is 5 working days (time limit may be higher if the documents made available to us is not complete or contain mistakes).

ATTENTION !

Setting up a company involves the following rates, which are not included in our cost of foundation:

  • Registry fees and publication in the Official Gazette,
  • Company name reservation,
  • Fiscal record, Social capital,
  • Signature (to be signed before a notary public personnel only).

WARNING ! Recently, some emerged and unauthorized, irregular providers appear with cheaper prices. If you do not want safety (you can stay without papers), professionalism (mistakes in documents, long time) or you do not need the bill, call them. There are some also operated with higher prices that are based on market exposure, the appearance and especially the lack of information and choice, and that unduly delayed deadlines for the works, and in various forms can alter the price. These providers have extra uncertainty leaving services, even very little of their current routine, can create unwanted delays and even mistakes.
